One page checkout: cotinue shopping error

Hi,

When using one page checkout as guest, everything works fine only the first time you fill the form. But if the user decides to continue shopping and after that go to confim the order again, the following missbehaviour takes place:

- It's not possible to change any name or address details
- It doesn't detect the available carriers, so it doesn't display any


I'd like to check if this is happening to more people or just me. From my POV it's an important bug.
