Prestashop 1.4.1 - New feature - Possibility to delete references to fees - where is that??

Hi all,

According to the upgrade procedure to 1.4.1 there is a new feature in the frontend called "Possibility to
delete references to fees" but I have seen nothing in the FO or BO.

Has anyone be able to tell everyone where is that? What's the purpose of this feature (if it exists)?

Any screenshots would be appreciate.

Humm.. I think they forgot something in the backend you may be this is a bug.

In the defautl pretashop 1.4.1 template is nothing there..

Do you thing it is worthing to open a bug? Someone from Prestashop can confirm this is really happening?
