How can i add new ajax areas in cart page?

I am trying to add new ajax areas in cart page. see the aferent image. i want to put an input that will refresh when i increment the quantity of a product and show the number of the product inside the cart.

Are you using a hook and this hook is not refreshed when you change a quantity?

Are you using last PS version?

i am using prestashop 1.7.6.8

i am using a variable in smarty in that place after cart title, i call the ajax function which is called in the quantity input as well data-refresh-url="{url entity='cart' params=['ajax' => true, 'action' => 'refresh']}.

 

i think i made a mistake at this call..u know what steps i should follow to succed? i should modify the controller? cartController? i saw there are some "asajRefresh" classes there..and in the core.js?
