jviure Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 Hi, I ve a prestashop 1.7.4.3, I don't know why the thumbnails of the backoffice (catalogue) are not being created..(well, they're created with 0bytes) I ve space in the server.. some idea what can I do? the "product_mini" image type is created, I regenerate thumbnails and still are with 0bytes... abuf! Prestachamps Posted January 4, 2021 Share Posted January 4, 2021 Hi, those thumbnail images are created on the server inside the folder /img/tmp/ , so if those have 0 size that means that for some reason these images cannot be created on the server or there is some error when the backoffice is trying to create them. You can try to delete all the *.jpg images from that folder and refresh the BO-> catalog page, this way, these temporary mini images will be automatically regenerated. If this still has not solved it then you can try to enable the DEBUG mode and refresh the Catalog BO page, to verify if there are any errors displayed. Kind regards, Leo.
