Yogifolies
Hello everybody, and happy new year ! I have an issue on my website, i suppose a CSS issue, it seems it's not loading, on every page. I have sort of blank page, with text, some pictures, but no structure at all. Technical info below : Install : update PS version : 1.7.6.2 URL : https://yogifolies.fr/ Theme : Default Code : Original Host : OVH Cloud Web PHP version : 5.6.40 MySQL version : 5.6.50 Browser tested : Firefox, Brave, Edge, IE This issue came when i tried to remove "No tax included" on product page. I've modified theme.css and custom.css file on /.../themes/classic/assets, but nothing was working So i remove cache on BackOffice page, and after that, black out... I have restored modified files, even my FTP, but still down My BackOffice is still good looking. Is anybody here can help me please ? Thanks in advance ! juanrojas
Hello, this is weird that you comment, but I think that to put the products with taxes you did not need to modify any file this should be able to manage from the backend, upload your php version to 7.2 to see what happens and clear cache
Yogifolies
Hey ! Thanks for your feedback. I tried, but no positive result. I rollback on my previous version, just in case. I tried several things after my first post : Remove file *.json in /...config/themes/classic Remove files in /.../themes/classic/assets/cache Unfortunatly, no change
Yogifolies
Update : Wipe for the entire folder on the FTP, new upload with my hoster's save for 2 days ago, same situation. I don't understand, why with an old version, i still have this issue. Something in database or whatever ? Any idea ?
Yogifolies
Last update : I update, after few changes, with 1-Click Upgrade, to PS 1.7.7.0, with an update of PHP required, to 7.3. The update reset theme files, and after that, everything is fine
