arthography Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 (edited) Trying to install mail alerts, with the error "error installing undefined module", from the module catalog search. After pressing twice install, the prestashop shop doesn't work anymore. I changed to debug mode manually through FTP directly in the file but the error remains the same, regardless of starting the shop or going to the admin: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Any suggestions ? The only errors being show in the server log are: .htaccess: Option FollowSymLinks not allowed here Thanks all!
