Smartstar Posted November 5, 2020 Share Posted November 5, 2020 I have created +-700 individual virtual products and attached their PDF download files to each applicable product. These products are then added to packs as I want to sell them as a bundle of E-books, they must not be available seperately. I have created the packs, the packs then display as follows in the shop... the individual item prices have been set to zero and they have been made unavailable for order as to only be purchasable through the packs. For testing purposes the pack is also free.... My problem is even though all the items display nicely so a customer will see they are paying for say 50 items... Once the order has been finalised, no download link is emailed or generated under the order details, how would a customer then access their virtual pack? This is all that is displayed under the details once the order has been finalised... Can someone please assist me with the above problem, it is quite pertinent for virtual packs to be functional or my shop won't work. Any assistance will be highly appreciated!
