Add to cart is not working.....

Hi,

Good day, im currently using and monitoring prestashop 1.6.0.9 in almost 2 year in my working company. And this afternoon the "add to cart" is not working. i already delete some cart rules and disable/enable ajax in cart block module but it doesn't work. this is the first time in 5 years since the store is launch. Hope you can help me.

Impossible to add the product to the cart.

Were there any changes on hosting side e.g. new PHP version?

As you can see the request is timing out so something is going wrong in the background. Can you see any error if you activate debug mode?

I'm using Dockerfile so i think there's no problem in any changes in PHP version.. I'm using its original PHP version. No error in debug mode 😑

Check the respond in network section in firefox.

@Crezzur Thank you for the concern and advice in the website, right now I developing the new website and this website is currently the old one and for temporary until i finish the new one and i don't want to upgrade because of some modules is been modify by the previous developer and afraid to do more complex debugging. About the issue of the add to cart for guest is not working and sometimes is working, and temporary remove all add to cart for guest. I clear my cookies and cache on my chrome but still not working on my end.
