norbert
to explain: i ranged my prices in combination with the weight. for example: from kg 0.1 to 0.2 the shipping costs would be EUR 2.30. but when i choose the product in the front office it shows me shipping costs: EUR 2.15 i tried to play around with the weight info of my product and with the tax info but the shipping costs always stay EUR 2.15. also interesting because i nowhere put this amount. any help on this would be great. thank you, norbert
Curgenven
I had the same problem with numbers after decimal points. I got around it by listing the weights as Grammes rather than Kilos. Not an ideal solution, but it works!
norbert
how did you do it exactly? i tried to use kg as g but the same thing again. it seems that it shows always between 15 and 29 cent less than it should. thanks for any advice, norbert
Curgenven
Ahh reading your post again that could be a tax issue. Do you have any taxes setup, and if so are they set on shipping for the zone you're sending to?
