Hi everyone, I have a new problem.

I have prestashop 1.7.6.7. and I don't understand why with some visitors when they create a cart and register only with the email (without completing the purchase and without entering their address) it happens that every hour the customer receives a completely white follow-up email with only the company logo and in his tab (customers) there are hundreds of abandoned carts with the same amount and quantity of products.

It is not a fixed rule that is suitable for everyone but I do not understand why for some users it makes this problem.

Potential customers are therefore very annoyed by this email bombing ...

Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
