My Custom module installed but not work

I wrote a custom module and installed it in PrestaShop. The installation was successful, but it seems that my module install() method was not called at all and its database tables were not created. What is the problem?
My module is also detected as unreliable but the module is installed.

My PS version is 1.7.6.7

I would say:

1. set up a TAIL -F on your webserver logs so you can see any PHP errors
2. Go into the Module Manager and Reset your module - this will rerun the install() method

Of course it is best to do this on your development copy first until all problems are resolved, before uploading to your production shop.
