Velizar Vasilev
Dear All, I am using Prestashop 1.7.6.1 and I have a problem with the discounts rules in the chart. The problem is: All of my customers they have own voucher with individual code and the % discount depends of the turnover level which each customer done. So now I added discount rule of -7% discount for one whole product group for 1 week. When some customer place in the chart product from product group which have -7% discount and try to combine this -7% with the own voucher, the Prestashop showed a message with text - you can not use your voucher for items which already have discount. This is perfect and exactly what I need but ...... ....... when the customer paste in the chart one item from the group with rule for -7% and another one item which doesn`t have discount and try to put the individual voucher (for example for 5%) then the first item already has -7% + 5% and the second one item which is without discount has 5%. So here the problem is that the first item is combined with the both of the discounts, but I need to stay only with the discount of -7%. Please, some ideas and advice? Best regards, Velizar
joseantgv
This is how PS works, so you need to modify core or use a module.
