Contact-Us no email messages

Can anyone help me to configure the Customer Service Options. I try to send an email via the "Contact-Us" page and I only half succeed.

At "Shop Parameters" / "Contact"  "Save Messages" the messages will end up in the "Dashboard". When I turn this option off this does not happen (and it should be) but the messages are also not forwarded to my mailbox although I'm being informed that the message has been sent.

I suspect that the problem may be located at the "Customer Service Options" but whatever I do it doesn't work...

Set-Up emClient

- Host Incoming server (POP3): mail.domain.net
- Port: 110
- Security Policy: Use SSL / TLS if available
- User Identity Credentials: User name: [email protected]
- User Identity Credentials: Password: infodomain

As attachment the "Customer Service Option" settings. Whatever I try it doesn't work and Prestashop gives me a remark that "IMAP is not installed on this server". However I use POP3.

All help or suggestions are much appreciated!
