Petter Enge
Hello I just made a fresh installation of Prestashop 1.7.6.7 Under menu Design I select Pages. When I go into one of the exisiting pages or create a new one I have problem saving the text I type in. I type in the text, click on Save. Go back again to check and I see that the text is not there. The editor text window is empty. When I type in the counter below the edit window does not count characters I type in. Has anyone seen this problem ? Any clue how to fix this ? Thanks Petter
Guest
What browser do you use, what version of PHP do you have, do you insert special characters or iframes into the eritor? Did you try to turn on debug mode? No error ? It is not possible to identify the problem from such a general description of the problem.
Petter Enge
Hello I have tried browsers Chrome (updated to latest version) and Microsoft Edge (latest version). Same thing happens. No special characters or iframes. php: 7.2.32 I can turn on debug mode but not sure were to look to get information about this. No errors. When I try to edit one of the existing pages from the installation, I can delete content and type in new, then save. But when I go back into the editor the old text is still there. Guest
Can you test firefox? Chrome and Edge have a problem with javascripts.
Petter Enge
Same thing with firefox aswell unfortunately. I have installed TinyMCE and that editor shows up on Product edit and elswere but NOT on the pages editoring. On Pages there is still the old default editor. I managed to save products so that part works well.
