bt123 Posted July 20, 2020 Share Posted July 20, 2020 Hello, I am using Prestashop version 1.7.6.7 and it is not possible to access My Account page after signing in. When you enter e-mail and password, it doesn't redirect you to any page and never shows My account page eventhough you can see the product prices (hidden to visitors). bt123 Posted July 21, 2020 Author Share Posted July 21, 2020 (edited) The problem is 'My Account' page is disappeared. It doesn't redirect to anywhere from Login screen. When you enter wrong password, it warns you and when you login correctly just stays on the same page but there is no My Account page accessible from anywhere. The same link takes you to Login page again eventhough you can see product prices that normally you can't see them without signing in. Also whenever you login it creates an empty shopping cart. bt123 Posted July 21, 2020 Author Share Posted July 21, 2020 I don't have technical knowledge but I checked psrw_customer table in SQL database and I think it is caused by password encryption method. It works fine with an old testing user account which has a password starting with $2y$10$ and when you try to create a new user, it creates a different type of password in SQL database and it doesnt redirect with that type of password to my account page.
