dclark
HI . We have a client who is running an older Version that had been turned off last year. They have decided to turn it back on and have reduced the available items considerably. We have accomplished what they asked..updated what appeared to need updated.. But when we test the cart we run into this error on attempting to checkout. We transverse the entire checkout procedure and select the desired shipping method. At this point when the user clicks "Continue to checkout" we get the following error. "This page isn't working Fithq.com is currently unable to handle this request Http error 500. The url we see the system is looking for at this point looks like this https://fithq.com/shop/order?multi-shipping= Can anyone help us with the cause of this error? Thanks David Edited June 19, 2020 by dclark (see edit history)

dclark
Thanks you very much again. What ID? the store? client? shipper? How do I get the ID to be sent? This shop was setup by someone else at least 4 years ago.. We have set up other Prestashop carts for other clients but have never run into this. Did I turn something off that I should not have? dclark
I just checked and this version does not have a Debug Mode "yes" "no" option in the Debug Mode screen in the advanced peramaters > Performance > Debug mode panel. I'll see if the instruction for 1.53 to 1.6 work Thanks
dclark
Ok Debug is running and it turns out it shows a fatal error with their Braintree settings. I don't know if it changed, or if they closed it, or whatever. Thanks for your help. I'll chase the braintree module now. David
