display lower specific price

Hi all, i've a problem to display lower specific price.

Example in specific price (with PS 1.7.6.4):

from 1 to 99 pieces = 10 euros each
from 100 to 199 pieces = 9 euros each
from 200 to 299 pieces = 8 euros each
 
In the homepage (and product selected to view) it shows the highest specific price (example listed above 10 euros).
To show the lowest specific price (8 euros), how do it?
