Need Categories Tree in mobile menu

Hi,

 

As I mentioned in a previous thread I have totally "bastardised" my shop with the header now not containing any of the standard code or hooks. I have the Categories Tree module running as the menu down the left hand column and all is good on Desktop.

 

However on mobile the menu doesnt appear at all. I ideally need this to be in a drop down menu on the mobile menu bar. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to get it in there?
