JBW
There is definitly something wrong with the module as the SQL syntax is invalid. Contaxt tte module developer to fix it. In the meantime you can try to remove the part of the ASC statement from the module file
Guest
It is necessary to correct the sql query in the module. GROUP BY ... ASC will not work. Need to change to ORDER BY ... ASC. Or put ORDER BY ... ASC before GROUP BY ...

Need to change to ORDER BY ... ASC. Or put ORDER BY ... ASC before GROUP BY ... thanks for your reply, will try that, however if i remove "ASC" from the query. it still working, just want to know if removing ASC will affect anything? just for information , the issue is with mySQL version 8.0 only , on mySQL version 5.0 it does not give any error. thanks again Edited June 8, 2020 by SMTmardan (see edit history)

Guest
In order to solve your problem, I would need to have a module available and check sql queries.
Guest
ASC = sort A - Z or 1 ..... 10 DESC = sort Z - A or 10 ....
