Sie sind SUPER GENIAL - DANKE!
Ich habe jetzt auf PHP 7.1 gestellt und im Debug-Modus kann ich die Admin-Seite aufrufen - es kommen auch keine offensichtlichen Fehler mehr - wenn ich allerdings den DEBUG-Modus ausschalte - kommt wieder der 500er-Fehler bei der Admin-Seite! Das irritiert mich doch noch etwas!?
Im Debug-Modus bringt die normale Shop-Seite dann folgenden Fehler:
