Displays wrong price in frontend at product discount matrix

Hi,

To Prestashop developer team:

Just need to know how it can bee, and also where to bug-report something like this!

In more then 7 years and 3 major versions it has been an issue that everyone solving for them selfs, but how to commit this bug to core-source?

Overview:
Frontend product price discount matrix - Bugs
Frontend cart with discount - Works
Backend administration, orders, ect. - Works

Bug is:
When using "Specific prices" and "Quantity" to discount it does the backend math correct, but in frontend in the "Quantity discount matrix it show a wrong price.
Price is the discount price minus the discount as a staircase model, and not as in the backend config a absolute, this 2 models need to be the same.
This is a big problem because in Denmark (and I believe all of EU) it is law that displayed prices is the selling price.
