Well this is really unfortunate but without coding it yourself or actually installing a cleaner Module you won't get rid of it. Its not part of Prestashop Core to hide the product id number. For me totally unacceptable and a shame. Prestashop created a module that does that for you but its a paying one. There might be a free one but i am not sure about that.
