Problem login in Backoffice

Hi Guys,

i have a problem making login in the backoffice, on saturday morning i could enter without problem when i try in afternoon it was impossible until now, i put the credentials make load and redirect again to the log in page, and no gives error message nothing, can anyone help me please??

Pls, activate debug mode of the shop and try to log in again. After that share here error of the image.
We will try to figure out the problem you have faced.

folder list of ps > config > defines.inch.php
you will see define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);

change false to true and save file

i enable the debug but don't show me any message, but it shows the cookie expires on saturday 15.00 more or less the time i try to enter in admin and it was not possible, what you think can be?

Did you try to enter BO over private tab of any browser?

In this case i must check your problem by myself. For that, i need some necessary access credentials. You you allow me to do it, i will take care of problem immediately. If you have doubt about security, clone your shop and allow me work on it.  I am sending credentials list to private.
