Exclude a courier from the cart rules (free shipping)

Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me with a problem that I just can't solve for some time.

Prestashop version 1.7.4.4

In my shop I have configured 3 shipping methods:
1 - Courier 1 (costs up to € 80 and then free)
2 - Courier 2 (always has a fixed cost)
3 - Collection in store (free)

Everything has always worked fine, but when I add cart rules that eliminate shipping costs (free shipping) I have no way of excluding Corriere 2 (fixed cost) from the rule.
The rule is applied applied to all couriers.

I also tried using the courier cart restrictions, but using this method the only result I get is that the rule no longer works.

What can I do to exclude Corriere 2 from all cart rules?

I also tried to modify classes / Cart.php following a guide present here in the forum but it is not for me.
