I seem to not be able to upload any images to associate with my categories  or products.

 [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Image\Uploader\Exception\ImageOptimizationException code 0]

In debug mode I get: 

The file "/tmp/phpfJgiKq" does not exist
