Problems with redirections

Hi there, we are having a problem with redirection on one specific module, and the support doesn't seem to or understand the problem or solve it. 

So... we bought the module: Warranty/Support plan by best-kit

everything works except for the redirection of the buttons (links), the buttons for the warranty items look like this: http://lojaweb.pt/index.php?controller=cart&add&id_product=1975&qty=1&token=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

by my understanding of thingy, it should add the item to the cart and then stay in the cart, the problem is: it goes to the home page of the store. even when we are on cart and click the buttons, it ads the item to cart, and goes to home page.

the rest of the products work as it should!

if anyone have any idea how to solve this...

There is really a bug in the module.
Unfortunately you don't write if it's a paid module or a free module.

we paid the 69.99€ for support and they said that they tested and was everithing ok... what can we do? we invested the money and cant use the module because our customer didn't like it!
