Switch Evolve
Hello, I hope you are well ? I would like to ask you a question about my shop which has been taking my mind for 1 week, I could not find an article concerning my problem. By the way when I try to upload a file for a dematerialized product, it loads continuously, however I modified the parameters to put the upload to 2 go in the htacces file, config.inc.php and in all php.ini and also in the back office of Prestashop 1.7.6.4 I tested a file of 87mb it works, 1 other of 228mb it does not work. I don't understand because I changed the parameters. After some say that you have to modify the uploader.php Or is it possible to transfer the product by FTP? Guest
Hello, It is possible that you have set a limit on the server / webhost. Create a phpinfo file and find out what parameters you have upload_max_filesize and post_max_size. https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.phpinfo.php You can then change the value in the file: ./classes/Uploader.php const DEFAULT_MAX_SIZE = 314572800; // 300Mb private $_max_size = 314572800; // 300Mb
Switch Evolve
Hello, I finally succeeded with a technique. send the file by FTP, then download a small file And copy the number of the small file and put it on the large file and it works correctly
Guest
It's like you take a teaspoon and go dig a hole for the foundation of the house 🙂 Need to add attachments to download product? Edited April 5, 2020 by Guest (see edit history)
Guest
I have my own software for Windows and Prestashop module. The software loads the list of products from the eshop. The product is then selected from the list. The attachment is selected and the name is entered. FTP access is set up. Then just click the Upload button.
