Mail alert if customer modifies his address

I would like to know if there is a way to be alerted if the customer changes his address (or any data) in his account in order to avoid shippings to an old address. 

The reasons is that I use the addres that appears in the email received in the first time he/she places the order, not the last edited one.

wouldn't it make sense to use the address when the order is placed?  Are you using other back office to process order.  For that feature post in job section, try to build relationship with a freelancer who can help you with small feature like this.
