Can I use my companies banking details to complete the payment process on my Website

Good day.

I would like to know if i can setup my online shop with Prestashop and from the start only use my banking details for EFT transfer at the Payment option?

Like for example-  a customer places an item in the basket and get diverted to the basket. Showing the total of the invoice and also displays my business banking details to have the client EFT the total funds to the displayed banking details. Then it will be my responsibility to check and see if the funds have cleared into my account to have it process to the delivery process?

I am from South African and just stating up a business and can't afford the Pay-fast Gateway system right away. I will add it once i have made the funds for it and the other recommended addons for Prestashop.
