Hi all, 

Really hope someone can point me in the right direction for this. 

I was happily using my store for weeks and today it suddenly throws me a "500 Internal Server Error". Using debug I see this report:

Can anyone tell me what I need to do? I'm am quite lost. Perhaps a localisation error?

I've attached config details too.
