Hahaha yeah it does.
The solution is:

-Add a blank page in the frame site you want to use, save it and upload it.
-Edit the frame startup place to the prestashop main site yousite.com/shop/
-Save the index file AND the frame site where you want prestashop to show up (ie. index.htm and main.htm)
-Upload both files to your host and press ctrl + F5 for a complete reload, then it should work.

Why it does that, no idea, but it works.

What I did first was just to add the main.htm frame and directly add the site locateion for my prestashop. Then I saved it as main.htm. But that did not work, since the frame had no background on it. It needs to be some kind of color there or anything.
I also added an enter at the bottom of the page when prestashop was loaded in my developer software, this case MS FrontPage.

Then everything worked fine.
