I *think* that the only way to translate Legal notice, Delivery and Conditions at present is to go to themesdefault directory and find mentions.tpl, delivery.tpl, and conditions.tpl. Open those files in an editor and copy just the French text portions into a translator (Google translate for example), and then save those translations as separate files somewhere. Since the translations are a little rough, you'll need to edit the translated text so that it reads the way you want. Then, paste those translations back into the mentions.tpl, delivery.tpl, and conditions.tpl files. This method is the one I've been using.
