  1. Suddenly our action buttons are missing from the specific prices that we have set in the pricing tab. Some of these have been added by mistake and we need to delete them but are not able to do so. We are on version 1.5.3.1 using the standard admin template. This is on every browser. The admin is running behind a SSL certificate but I can't see where that would make the button disappear. A screen shot is attached so you can see for yourself.
  2. You're welcome proavpool. For your answer to the second, I'm not familiar with stripe. I assume you are able to retain the credit card number and see it, which means you can extract it for your invoices. If you are familiar with php and can do some coding and database queries, you should be able to put it on the invoice in whatever format you can. Sorry I can't be of more help than that.
  3. You can't run that update in the SQL query manager. You have to have access to your shop's database using either phpMyAdmin, SQL Workbench or some other method depending on your hosting provider. Once you have that you should be able to update the DB based on that post. By the way, I use the import fast module also and it saved me a ton of time importing my whole database of almost 3,000 products, all of which have product combinations. I recommend it to anyone starting out with a large number of products.
  4. Here is my issue. I'm on a fresh install of PS 1.5.3.1. I am using the presto-changeo UPS shipping module. The developer has helped me install and set it up properly. I also have a minimum order of $25 set up in the admin. Some of the products in my catalog, I'm noticing, do not return shipping rates and you can't complete your order with them in the cart. The first time I noticed this issue I went in and checked the specific products shipping options tab. There was no weight set for it, so I set the weight to 1.0000 and chose my ground shipping carrier for it. That is also my default carrier in my shop. I went back to the cart and rates were still not returned. I contacted the developer and he checked and did some debugging and found that on that product, the cart is not calling the module to get rates. So he created a new carrier with the built in PS shipping and it was also not being picked up in the cart. As I said, this is only on certain products. Especially if they were not set up with any shipping weight on them. Even after changing the weight and setting the shipping method to the default Ground option, they do not work. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Any help would be really greatly appreciated.
  5. If you modify the translations for your payment modules you should be able to change the text that is displayed in various places on the site. Go to Localization/Translations, then at the top choose Installed Modules Translations. Choose the flag for the language you want to change. From there find your module and it has all the text for the module that you can translate or change. I'm using the offlinecreditcard module and I was able to change from the module name to Credit Card all over the place just by changing this one field. Also, the offline credit card module doesn't even ask for the credit card type so we have to modify it to get that. But at least replacing the module name in certain places was pretty easy. Hope this helps you.
  6. Hi great module to fix an issue that shouldn't be an issue at all, but it is. I too am getting the double payments when using credit card, and I'm on PS 1.5.3.1. One question, if I have it prefixed with 5 leading 0s, will it stay at 6 numbers in the reference field once we get to an order number of 10 or will it go to up 7, then 8, then 9 and so on? We need the number to be at 6 digits for our accounting application and I need to make sure of this before we get going on it so I would like to set it up properly. Is it then possible to change the number of leading 0s once we hit the 6 digit mark to keep it at 6 digits? Thanks for the great module.
  7. Well if you already have your store running, you could do a fresh install and use a temp database. Then change the config file to use your existing store DB and whatever other settings you need to change. All you need to do then is upload your img folder to the server and install any extra modules and your template. I did that when I needed to move our site to another server and it worked perfectly.

The developer is wonderful and very helpful. I suggest maybe exporting your products or the template file from the import tool in the admin to have all the columns you need. If you send me a PM I can send you an example file that I have used for you to look at.
  9. Thank you Paul! You're a life saver. I didn't see that you could do it that way because every time I filter and edit a product it goes right back to the entire list.
  10. Why is there no longer a way to rearrange the order of products in the back office? With previous versions, you could easily drag and reorder them but in 1.5 that functionality is missing. That makes it impossible to change their display order in the category so if you want to change a position it's impossible to do that. Am I missing something? I also do not like the fact that they were moved outside of the categories and now you have them all listed together. It's very hard to manage because when you use the filter by category boxes and make a change to one product they are no longer filtered after you save it. It seems as that is a bug, and I see it has been fixed in 1.5.4 but I'm not updating my store yet because it's not stable. Has anyone been able to solve this in v 1.5.3.1?
  11. You're not going to find a free module to do that anywhere. But there are two good ways to do this. One is using Import Fast. It allows you to create a spread sheet and map the fields you need very easily. The second is Store Manager by emagicone. With that you can also import products using a spread sheet very easily. If you already have a product created with all the combinations, you can export it and then use that as a template and create the rest of them and import them back in.
  12. If you've ever heard of Store Manager by emagicone you can export from there and re-import into the new store that way. They give you a 30 day free trial so see if it will work for you.
  13. After overwriting the files from a backup made before this issue occurred, I am in the same predicament. The site still will not load.

  15. So should I just upload all the files and overwrite everything on the server from my backup? Or is there another way to do it?
