This would be great i dont understand why its not not working when it comes built into prestashop. i will reword my original post When The Customer follow-up Module sends out the email the code on the email doesnt work when it is entered into the checkout discount box. on investigation the Follow Up Module is putting the code in the name field and not the code field. so the code field remains empty Is there any fix to this and if so what do i need to change? Toni Mármol Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 The module is buggy. It creates the voucher, but it's wrong. If you look in: Prices Rules > Cart Rules ... you will see the coupons, but all are wrong. The coupon code field is empty. That is the reason you get the message "This voucher does not exist".
