nsweb - thanks for you questions.... we have been working on it and now when trying to retrieve the password the email does send, but I never receive it. Also when testing in the back office the email does send, but I never receive it. Think I need to contact hosting company and have them check the logs for us.

I am using verison 1.5.2.0 of Prestashop. When I try to retrieve a forgotten password I receive an error message say that the there was an error sending the email. I have contact my host and input the proper SMTP info etc. but still getting the error. Any thoughts? Thank you.
