I can request tracking user admin online of my modules. Module is chat support online. If user admin online , user will start chat support with emploment. Many thanks in advance for any help.

I try get firstname and lastname in ps_address. In $invoice_address in invoice.tpl is string "firstname lastname company Address:vat_number address1 address2 postcode city Country:name phone" I only get firtstname and lastname.Thanks
