Hey guys, Just wonder if you will be able to answer this for me. I want to sell my virtual items as well as displaying my portfolio to show my clients what I do. So instead of having Prestashop and another site as portfolio, I was wondering if I could do the following example: On the main menu I would create "Items for sale" and "Portfolio", on the "Items for sale" I would obviously sell my virtual items and on the "Portfolio" I'd just display the previous projects I have made so far with no PRICE and no BUY button either. Can this be done in anyway? Many thanks!

Hey body brown, You might want to give this a go: Go to Your backoffice and then "Preferences--> Products" Scroll down and you will Find "Pagination" Tab in that Change "Default Sort Order" option to suite your needs. Let us know if this is what you're looking for.

If you just download a sample from your CSV import and open it with a standard excel software you will be able to see all the fields to what goes where and replace those fields with your own data, if the pricing, description etc is all the same then all you have to do is to copy and paste

Have you tried to clear the smarty cache? This might help... Make sure you don't delete the index file!!

Do you remember which file or where the file was, the one you renamed? Where is this error showing and when?

Hello Clarsen foto, I guess you could import a bulk of products onto your Prestashop database via CSV import but you would have to go on each product you just uploaded in bulk and add an image to each product. If let's say you wanted to upload 100 products in same category, name, tags, prices etc then the CSV import will be helpful to you since all you have to do is to go on each product and add an image to it. If you think this is what you're looking for then go to Advanced Parameters > CSV Import and follow the steps. If you need a CSV sample file you can download them on CSV Import page of your prestashop, just look at the bottom right corner under "DOWNLOAD SAMPLE CSV FILES" and you will see various samples there. Hello there, I was wondering if there is a way to disable the address filed completely? Basically I am selling virtual products and therefore is not required the customer to enter their address on sign up nor of the checkout. Is there a way to disable this? Regards, Mark

OH MY LORD!!! After editing and customizing 75 email templates via translations I went to check them again and it all went back to default templates!!! 3 Bloody hours editing these?!! I have no idea what the heck happened but PLEASE fix whatever this is!!! If you're asking, yes I did press "Save" on each one of the templates, every single one of them. Not sure if it will help but I used the "Save and Stay" (to continue editing all other templates) and it did show up "Successful update" on EVERY SINGLE one of them. Seriously I felt like running around the house screaming my head off after seeing ALL the 75 templates edited from scratch back to default!!!

Hello there, Probably there is already a topic with similar question that I am about to ask but I just don't know the wording to use on the forum search engine in order to find the answer to my question. So here it goes. Basically this banner is doing my head-in and I cannot find it's location anywhere in order to remove it completely! If you go to the Prestashop main page, you will find the the slider, and right next to the slider there is two banner images (see screenshot attached) which I cannot find it's location in order for me to be able to remove it completely.
