Hi, I use two languages in my store. I have several products, and a few filters. If you tick one of the filters, it works, and the listing only shows the relevant products. However, if you take an image from the Home page for example, and you link it to that URL, the URL does not trigger the filter. I have just checked. The different discounts are not accumulative. The system accepts only one discount per order, which is good. They can still be used, but in different orders.

Hi, I have enabled the customer followed up module. If I set all the 4 types: abandoned carts, re-order, best clients and worst clients Are the discounts accumulative? I mean, if a client gets 2 discounts from different emails, let's say: best client and abandoned cart, does it mean that he/she will be allowed to put one discount on top of the other? I am concerned, because potentially, a client could get a maximum of three emails, and if they are accumulative, that's a very high discount, making the transaction not interesting anymore. Hi, I have installed PayPal in my site, and it works very well. Yesterday, I bought a product in my store, in order to check that the module works properly. PayPal confirmed the payment by email, and in the email, I realised that PayPal knows everything about the transacion: articles, prices, taxes, addresses and so on. Is that the standard procedure? I mean, are we allowed to limit the info they get? I thought they would get the email and the total amount of the purchase, but I was surprised to see that they get absolutely all the detailed information. Hi, It works with 1.6.11 and PayPal 3.8.1 You have to comment out {$PayPal_content.payment_choice} twice in the override .tpl, in lines 36 and 65 more or less, and add {l s='Pay with your card or your PayPal account' mod='paypal'} twice as well, like this: {*$PayPal_content.payment_choice*} {l s='Pay with your card or your PayPal account' mod='paypal'} Then, the new string 'Pay with your card or your PayPal account' will be translatable, and it will show nicely in the checkout. Hi, Yesterday I included Hostgator's shared SSL URL in the settings, thinking that it would work nicely. Today my PayPal checkout was not working, just going back to the Home, after loading nothing for a couple of seconds. I have read 'digitaldev' comment above about SSL, so I went back to Prestashop and deleted the shared SSL URL. Now the button works again! R

Hi, I created my products under a new category some days ago. Today, I have deleted the child categories for the initiall install (i.e. evening dresses...). In principle they did not have products under them, because I had deleted them. Now, when I create a new cateogry, I see some deleted categories in it. Please see image attached. Any ideas? OK, thanks for the reply. Does this have to be reported as a bug? I have not added the %7B and %7D, the system did automatically. There are 100 different email templates, and I have the issue with all of them I guess. Is there a way to change them all fast? Thanks.

Update: I have solved both magic quotes and pdo_mysql with this: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/187699-solved-how-to-disable-php-magic-quotes/?p=928701 Nevertheless, although I see most of the HTML shown nicely, the logo is not sent in the emails yet. Any ideas with the logo portion of the html? Thanks. Robert
