    hi everyone i have my prestashop working correctly. However i have a bug. When you the user is not logged the prices are displayed with the tax (portuguese tax 23%). however if you sign in the prices of the products don't display the tax. for instance if you are logged, the price should be 90€, instead of 73€. I want to show the prices with the tax when the user is logged and when the user is not logged. Actually i just can do it when the user is not logged. I have checked all the settings in the customers groups and i have the option: show price with tax checked. anyone can help me? thanks

    Hello everybody! So i have been fighting against my problem. Basically the error was in the database. I figured out when i compared the both databases: local database and the database on the online server. I spoke with my host provider and they imported into the database the SQL dump file. And finally there were settings like auto increment configured correctly. YEAH! Then i uploaded all my prestashop files and IT WORKS. Thank you everybody.     hey i have some news. Basically i checked both databases - the database of the localhost server, and the database of the online server. I compared some tables, like ps_customer and i noticed that in the database of my online server the field id_customer didn't have the extra AUTO_INCREMENT. Might be the start for the solution. Now i know that there is an error with the database, and possibly with the settings of the fields. Now i'm trying to get a solution to import correctly the database of my localhost to my online server.

    mas eu neste momento nem me estou importando com os clientes.... eu estou mesmo tentando criar uma loja nova.. mas nao tou conseguindo por as coisas a funcionar de forma correcta.

    well... i think you got the point. maybe the problem is about that. I'm not sure if the import had finished. however i have all the tables on the databse... but maybe settings like auto_increment etc dont work. i'm not sure. i dont know how to use the partial import on phpmyadmin. it's very weird because my database just has 111kb... it should't appear time out. by the way: sorry for my english.

    mas voce nao consegue ver o error reporting funcionando? é que a mim me aparecem muitos erros mesmo.

    já, reinstalei a base de dados.. exportei do meu localhost, e voltei a importar para o servidor onde tenho o presta online. já alterei o seo & urls, logo já dá para ver o site. e tenho o reporting error ligado. aparecem-me muitos erros... mas eu não sei interpreta-los. url: www.margemcrescente.com/presta2 desde já, obrigado

    vekia, could you take a look? the url is www.margemcrescente.com/presta2 i turned on error reporting. i can't add to the cart, sign in, create accounts.. basically i can't do anything... but the connection to the database is correct, if not we could't see the products right? please, help me. :/

    hi vekia i have done that . and yes i can see many errors. :S but i don't know what they mean. However at the moment i removed the database from the server and i'm reinstalling the database again. However when i'm umporting the dump sql file to php my admin, i get the message time out. and the whole database is not imported.

    oi isso esta acontecendo agora porque eu estou reinstalando a base de dados. porque ele estava sendo encontrado antes.. só que estou a fazer isto nesse momento mesmo. ele tem o prefixo ps nas tabelas. voce queria referir.se à base de dados memso?
