I have same problem - too many visits from Direct link. Google analytics shows xxx visits, while prestashop shows xxxx visits, and 90% are from Direct link. How stats module count different visitors? I've studied www logs and noticed, that some customers while browsing site had several time changes of IPs (that can happen in some providers with mobile connections). Could it be, that customer with dynamically changing IP every time logged - first time when he visit site from some source and each other time when he gets new IP as "direct"? Same happens with some bots - they also change IP several time while accessing pages.

When saving category it gives Error 500, after some manipulations it allows to save category and upload category image, but later it gives error 500 again. Same with products. Any solution?

Is there any option to display product price for some groups of customers (guests and visitors) as "Tax included" and "Tax Excluded" - to show him both prices? Something like "Price display method, wich can be tax included or tax excluded or both: Tax Inclued and Tax Excluded " If shop based in EU It is important to customers who is outside of EU to see the prices without tax, but it is not possible until they register and setup their address. Is there any solution for it or any module?

I've updated mail.php file as advised in this topic, PS is 1.5.6, tested with my name (all Latin) and no problems with me, but with some customers it comes as malformed. Noticed that they have non-latin letters in their names.

Can you please check if customer's name have some non-latin letters (cyrillic or äüö and similar)? I have the problem when some customers place orders it works fine, but those, who have non-latin letters in customer name have malformed mails.

I have not tested this scenario, but seems when when customer name is in cyrillic (or maybe other non-latin characters?) it comes as "incorrectly constructed".

Can anyone test, do you also have malformed mails after fix applied when customer place an order, or it's only on my site?

Updated file, and in customer service seems work fine. But after customer placed order got 3 mails - "New Order" - 2 malformed mails (suppose they are for customer - "Payment accepted" and "new order") Partitialy fixed.

There is address, but even if customer place order as a guest it came to customer's database registered as guest (with e-mail, name, etc) - there i no any registration.

Got an order in 1.5.5, and seems that it is either bug or hack. Order placed, but there is no registered customer there. Order was placed as "bank transfer" What could it be?

Repalced mail templates - no help I've tested the following: 1) customer place order 2) BO employe send message as comment to order (from order) 3) mail comes OK 4) replies to this question in BO works fine 1) customer sends request throug contact 2) BO employe send message as comment from Customer service menu 3) mail comes with replaced "from" #Shop Name# to #i#, So, it is related to "send reply to customer from BO on his question through contact form".

Replaced files - no changes.
