  1. All of my images are showing up correctly, except for the ones on the shopping cart summary page. In place of the image, there's a question mark. I tried reinstalling all the images, and then regenerating the thumbnails for all the products, but they're still not showing up. Any suggestions? Brian
  2. Hi Vekia, It hasn't happened before, and everything was fine about an hour later. All is good now. BTW, where do I turn on error reporting in PS 1.5?
  3. As I was going to do some maintenance on my site this morning, I noticed I couldn't access the front office or back office. Getting an Error 500 -- Internal Server Error. It was fine a few hours ago. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just on my end? Brian
  4. Thanks Kimi, but the job was already given to someone else a few minutes ago. Brian
  5. These are the things I currently need fixed on my site: 1. Need the Cart button to appear properly where it's supposed to (top right hand corner; currently not showing up) 2. Repair width of Right Column -- currently extends across whole width of page (viewable via Live Edit) 3. Increase subcategory image size PM with quotes
  6. And here's another question. After trying to figure out how to resize my right column (which I still haven't figured out yet), I suddenly noticed that my Cart Block button is missing from the main page (normally top right hand corner, above the horizontal bar). I uninstalled and re-installed the Cart Block Module. I've hooked it to displayHeader, and even to displayTop, but it still can't be seen there. I tried turning Ajax on and off. Nothing. Any ideas?
  7. For anyone interested, I disabled the ajax cart and now it works. The only difference is that I no longer have the animation, but at least products can now be added and deleted.
  8. Oh, and the same goes with removing the product with the garbage can. Nothing is shown until a page refresh.
  9. My products each have the "+ and -" buttons so that items can be increased or decreased. However, when the buttons are clicked, nothing actually changes until I do a refresh of the page. At that point, both the quantifies and the prices change to reflect the accurate numbers and amounts. What do I need to do to make the product and price change immediately after clicking the appropriate buttons, without the customer having to do a page refresh every time? Thanks.
  10. Whenever I've gone to a webstore and paid through Paypal Express, after the payment is processed on the paypal site I am immediately sent back to confirmation page. However, with Prestashop 1.5, with the Paypal USA/Canada module, after paypal takes the payment, it doesn’t complete the payment. It simply says "You're almost done. You will confirm your payment on the [webstore]. When you click on that it loops the customer back to the webstore payment page, where it says “Please choose method of payment”. Well, they’ve already chosen the method by clicking on paypal, and it's quite confusing as to what they are supposed to do next. Is there a way that it can be set up so that paypal actually completes the payment, and then sends you to the webstore confirmation page?
  11. I've started setting up the shipping info for my new store, but am confused by some of the details. I'm trying to make it as simple as possible. Since I'm going to limit my sales to the US and Canada, I only want to provide two shipping options -- USPS for the US, and USPS for Canada, with flat rates for each of them. How would I set up PS 1.5 to automatically choose the appropriate option, after the customer has entered their address?
  12. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be "importing" images, or "uploading" images. In any case, I can't figure out how to do it. I've got my products loaded by importing the .csv file -- about 17,000 products. They are all set. Now I've got this zip file with all the images that I downloaded from the supplier, and I can't figure out how to upload/import all of those images, or where to put them in the Prestashop folder. I've been trying all day. There's no .csv file for the images, just the zip file with 40,000 images (.jpg and .png). My host is inMotion, and they sent me a note today saying they've been tracking "high resource usage" coming from my account. That would be because I've been trying to import all these images all day, and it's not working. Any help would be appreciated. Brian
