Block layered pagination problem

Same problem here. Blocklayered breaks pagination. None of the solutions above seem to work -

In Prestashop 1.6, in order to add product image to invoice, i used $row['image_path']=$imageUrl; instead of $row['image_path']=_PS_ROOT_DIR_."/img/".$tempArray[1]; and it worked fine!
