Hi Goldies, I have had same problem with this module (Pretty Clean URLS), it simply did not work and Milozs (MyPresta) stopped responding for many days so in the end I deleted the module and installed this one: SEO Pro All-In-One. URL cleaner, which worked straight out the box. I've asked MyPresta for a refund but have had no response yet. It's a shame because all previous modules from MyPresta worked well and Milosz was very fast at responding until we downloaded the Pretty Clean URLS module - I will need many more moudles before my project is complete so it's not a good business move for him - if he'd said sorry not working and provided a refund, then would be easy to move on and consider his modules in future...but now it's not like that.

Hi Andy, would you possibly know how to change the colour of just one entry in the drop down menu. We have a clearance section and I would like it to appear in red to differentiate it from the rest. Thanks in advance

I contacted the developer direct with a seperate problem on a different module and he sorted it out but on this one he's been useless. The company is called 202commerce and they're based in paris

I just downloaded the same module from Prestashop Addons

Same thing happening for me, I've been communicating with the module developer 202Commerce in Paris but they respond very sporadic and after 3-4 days have not done anything to help. I've un-installed the module now 3 times but this hasn't heped

Hi there, we have installed the official Paypal module on the latest Prestashop version. When a customer gets to the last stage and are required to click on the Paypal tab, the link is dead, and we get the 'the web page is not available' message. I'd appreciate any help available please

Hi there, I am also having this problem. At my last company we used PS and when I clicked into a category, all the products in that category were listed and I was able to click and drag them into the positions that I wanted. Now I can only see the products listed in the main products tab and there's hundreds. I've tried filtering by category and the category comes up but when I click on it it opens empty??? I'd be grateful for any advice - thanks
