    Hi, I just setup my e-shop but i have a small problem. I will have Virtual product on my site which are free and paid. What I like to do is disable the paypal option if the product price is zero. Can this be done. If yes then how. This is the error i get when someone clicks on paypal button if price is free. Unexpected payment errorUnfortunately, an error occured while communicating with PayPal. Short Error Message: Authentication/Authorization Failed Detailed Error Message: You do not have permissions to make this API call Error Code: 10002 Please contact our Customer service and mention this error code to get this issue resolved. I'm using Payal EU Also I have another request to. How can I stop people buying more then 1 product if it is free. I dont care how many they buy if its paid but for free i like limit them to 1 product only. I have lastest version of PS installed

    I have turn on the disbale the overrid modules and disable the non prestashop module. still slow. I will be create new site to confirm that site is now slow it wasnt when i first install it.

    @haylau I been with ipage for long time now and I haven't had problem with them until I have to prestashop. the site was running fine when it had opencart but now its really slow sometime even it doesn't load. I had more products and more images on opencart script. This did work great in beginning but I don't undersand what I have change that it made it so slow.

    @ZikmaSolutions The site is being run on shared host its not dedicated server. This was running fine on my other account but when I move into new account I start seeing slowness. Both my account is with same hosting company I tried the video but still same problem.

    I'm with iPage and everything is unlimited. Other site on same hosting are running fine but not this one.

    Hi, I think it is permission problem. When I create new site using old database and copy the image folder from my backup it work perfectly fine. The only thing I can think of which cause this is the permission. I have link the demo to life site as it had same files. Its working but I still like to know why would the feature products wont list. Please visit the site to see sarwana.co.uk which is working now demo.sarwana.co.uk which is old site its not working.

    I try adding other items to home page but still same results.

    OK So what I have tried. I have created brand new site and copy new script (Download) into the site and then point to old database I Get same results. I copy my existing (Sarwana.co.uk) script to brand new site and use new database I don't get this. New database but old script (http://demo.sarwana.co.uk/) this does work Old database But new script (Test.sarwana.co.uk) This does not work I don't understand what could be causing this. I think its all to do with database. its not the script, something in the database which cause it to behave like this. Please help

    I have already clear the cache. including forcing it and remove the feature module and reinstall it but same problem
