Hi, I have multi-store setup, running 2 stores. I have share customers set to 'No'. However - a customer from shop 1 is able to login to shop 2 using their shop 1 login. Is it supposed to work like this? There is a similar post here but it has no replies. Any help appreciated!

Move customers between shops in Multistore

ok, thanks for taking time to reply -
Hi - using multistore, I have created a new private shop (for my VIP customers) that requires an account in order to access the actual shop (using the private shop module). Is there a way to move a customer account from my existing 'normal' shop, over to my private shop? Ideally I'd like to retain the order history (so they can access it in their account area), but in the least I'd like them to keep the same username and password for the new private shop). The idea is that good customers are given access to a private shop once they hit x sales, then have access to hidden products and special offers. Any help or ideas welcomed!

Hi all - can anyone help with a solution here, or a recommendation for a module? - I want logged in 'customers' to see all products. - I want to hide some products from non-logged in 'visitors' - The hidden products must reside in the normal categories along with the other products (i don't want to create a new category just for the hidden products) - The hidden products must be visible in search and catalog to logged-in customers - BUT the hidden products must not be visible in search and catalog to logged-in customers (even if they have obtained a direct link). AFAIK Prestashop can't do this without a module - can anyone suggest a workaround, or a module I can use? Thanks!

Hi, When a customer pays with eCheck, and the payment clears, PS never converts the order to 'Payment Accepted'. Instead it gets stuck at 'awaiting PayPal payment' As a result my separate order management software does not pick up the order, so the customer pays but no order is shipped (until we manually switch the status to payment accepted). Does anyone know of a fix? Or at least a workaround where I can get notified when this happens? Thanks!

Hi tuk66, thanks for the tip. The hanging occurs when the user is registered > chooses to checkout > adds a new address > then selects the new address from the "Choose a delivery address" dropdown. I get the following errors on the offending page (using FireFox console): > Blocked loading mixed active content "http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Yanone+Kaffeesatz:regular,bold"[Learn More] quick-order > TypeError: carriers is undefined order-opc.js:32 I wasn't aware that the theme I am using even utilises Google Fonts, and I'm unsure how to turn this off ( I will contact the theme author). I'm not sure what the other error is, I can find it mentioned anywhere in Google search results. Will keep looking though. I'm going to setup a test site with the default theme to see if it's a theme issue.

Hi there, Prestashop crashes whenever my customers try to choose an alternative delivery address for their order: - Customer goes to checkout, and fills in address details - In the next screen > address panel, select an option from the "choose a delivery address" drop-down box OR un-check "Choose a billing address" At this point the "address" panel,"delivery methods" panel and the "choose your payment method" panels all become greyed out, and the spinning wheel is displayed (see image). This doesn't go away until you refresh the screen (but the customer is still unable change delivery address. Please can anyone give me some pointers as to where to start with troubleshooting? Thanks a lot!

Hi all, My Best Customers report seems to be missing data. Example: on the 30th August I had 15 sales, as seen in the Orders default report: However, the Stats > Best Customers report only displays 1 sale. Has anyone else noticed this discrepency? PS version is 1.6.0.6. Thanks! Dave.

Hi there, Since I updated PrestaShop to 1.6.0.6 (I don't know if this is the cause, or just a coincidence) yesterday morning, the stats in PrestaShop are reporting a massive increase in traffic (500% increase). Google analytics is not reporting this increase so I'm assuming it's a bot (that is not triggering the GA javascript tag). Does anyone know how I might see where the traffic is coming from, IP address for example? At the moment all I can see PrestaShop in the origin ("Direct link"). Do I have to "Save direct traffic" in Stats > referrers? Sorry, new to Prestashop - any help would be greartly appreicated!
