  2. Hi, I have a norwegian language setup on my 1.6.0.8 version of Prestashop. For some reason Free Order has been translated as "Gratis rekkefølge" , should have been "Gratisordre". Have checked all translation files etc (modules and so on). but can't find it anywhere. This driving me nuts.. So where can I change the translation for the payment status "Free Order" ? Any help is appreciated :-)
  3. Price rule remains on each product even after deletion of rule.. Had to restore database :-( Will test some more to see if this problem persists if I try to apply a new price rule..
  4. Anyone? Strange that setting the whole catalog at 50 % cannot be reversed by deleting the price rule. This must surely be a bug?
  5. I'm currently not having any conditions, but these data is present in the table shown on the picture. Can I delete them?
  6. Prices remain discounted even after the discount has been removed. Need a quick fix on this. Using 1.6.08. Have tried the usual with clearing smarty cache / browser cache etc. Thanks.
  7. I had the same error, but removed the p from the GoogleID and I got connected..
  8. Hi, I'm struggeling with config on PayPal module. If created a business account and got hold of the API-information. Can anyone give me a hint ? :-) Thanks, aem
  9. Found the reason why. APC on the server messed up this. De-activated APC and everything works as it should
  10. Another "strange thing".. I see that the order number shown in Back Office does not match the ordernumber passed to my external Credit Card processor. In BO the order # is 18538 and on the info from CC processor uniqueoid:18542_140918014250
  11. Hi, This seems to happen to some customers, not all. So I'm wondering if this is related to which browser/platform is used. Have noe clear indications on what's the reason. Have tried to replicate this. Using APC on the site, could this create such errors? We are using 1.6.0.8 version of Prestashop. Found this one.. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-2629 Could it be related to this? I'm beginning to wonder if APC is the culprit.. Thanks!
  12. Hi, Finally thing seems to have been resolved. RAID on host machine was not optimal. Also connector software between host and vm was updated. IOwait has been drastically reduced. We removed nginx and went back to Apache keeping fastcgi, and we get great speed at the moment. Hopefully it will persist :-) Thanks for input
  13. Hi, got help from a Linux expert, and I think we're on to something on the hardware running the Linux VPS. avg-cpu: %user %nice %system %iowait %steal %idle 11.35 0.03 2.01 30.48 0.00 56.14 Device: tps Blk_read/s Blk_wrtn/s Blk_read Blk_wrtn hda 19.99 288.65 207.36 1122003 806014 hda1 0.02 0.51 0.00 1990 14 hda2 0.01 0.42 0.00 1635 0 hda3 19.95 287.57 207.35 1117794 806000 As you can see the iowait is ca 30% which would indicate either hardware problems or stress/load on the disks used by the VM. I'll check with my host tomorrow.
