I found out that was the problem I had to activate them one by one for some reason this time.

I have an international customer who is trying to register on my website to place an order but can not because it's not allowing them to choose their country it only shows United States.

Yeah they said it can't be edited is there any other solution?

I just spoke with mt hosting which is ipage.com. They said that I cannot deleted that specific portion I would Have to delete the whole folder.

Recently I have acquired an issue with saving products. I enter all the product information and when I hit save it all disappears. I have have to do this several time before I can save an item. Is this a problem with hosting or within prestashop? Can someone please assest ASAP. Thanks

This limit cannot be raised on our shared platform. I would recommend checking with the documentation of the PrestaShop application you are using, as you may have an option of disabling persistent MySQL connections. You can also modify the queries/connection strings and disable all the plugins/components that you're using if any to avoid reaching the maximum limit. The biggest cause of this MySQL connection error is from poorly written code or applications that do not close the connection once the MySQL query or command has been ran.

I can not get into my prestashop admin. When I try login the sign in button starts turning as if it's about to log me in and it goes no where. I have left it there four hours and nothing happens I a have cleaned out the cache and have also tried different browsers and the same thing happens. Can some assist with this immediately I really need to get into my admin. Thanks

I recently ungraded to the prstashop 1.6 and i noticed that my subcategories are missing. All my items are still listed under each subcategory also when I go into the the categories section and go into each category they are still there but when I go to the products section to upload items they are missing also when I go to Myshop and open the website the main categorizes are there but the subcategories are missing. Any solution for this ?
