I have a big issue right now, I cannot edit cart rules. Every time I press on edit, the page sits there loading indefinitely and eventually times out, very occasionally it will load. On the server, it locks up a mysqld thread at 100% permanently and I have to terminate it manually. It was reported here, and then closed without solution or reason: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-8895 So I reopened (cloned) the issue report here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-11460 The assignee for that issue has de-assigned himself now and has not assigned someone else. I cannot find a solution for this anywhere - I just don't know what is going on here and why the issue tracker is being ignored... can anyone offer any help? Many thanks, Simon.

Hi, I'm running 1.5.6.1 and I'm getting a lot of missing orders... I'm getting many payment receipts from the bank with "order numbers" in them, but no matching orders. I looked in the database and the orders are not logged in the orders table, however there seem to be a lot of unconverted carts with IDs which match those returned by the bank. I have gone through a few and can identify details which I'd expect (certain users using a discount code etc.) The server has been under very heavy load, at some points there were quite lengthy page load times - I don't know whether this might have affected things (perhaps a callback did not happen)? It seems strange though that the users got as far as ordering, paying, everything there... but no actual order was placed in the database. Does Prestacart not actually create an "unpaid" state order before going to the point of submitting a payment to the bank/processor? Can anyone help me with this? I'm at a bit of a loss here. Thanks
