  1. Yes, I realise that. But the another same version installation of Prestashop on same server is working fine - https://eshop.athayurdhamah.com. Also, It is a shared server and they would not revert it to 7.2 Any further ideas please?
  2. I checked with Prestashop 1.7.6 package, is that what you are referring to too?
  3. Did that already, before sending this request for help. Did that again just now but it did not help.
  4. Thanks for your reply, I checked and it was the correct file, nevertheless I replaced it with no difference in results. Any further inputs would be appreciated.
  5. Hi, My eshop on Prestashop 1.7.6 has suddenly stopped working, following error is shown if I switch the DEV mode on, please can someone guide me how to take it forward? The server PHP version is 7.4 and another eshop on same server with same version of prestashop is working fine. Deprecated: array_key_exists(): Using array_key_exists() on objects is deprecated. 6. Hi, Not sure if this is still relevant, but I would like to add my penny. I am not a hardcore technical person, but after browsing through everything pointer on the web related to this topic, this is what I did. And it sems to be working: 1) I copied one of the existing products which has published product image 2) I looked for the folder that the new copied product's pictures are stored in - you can find out by hovering your mouse over the product images in 'edit product' mode. 3) I used FTP to download the content of this folder to my local drive. 4) I used an image editor (I used photoshop) to create all versions of my picture as in this folder and renamed them to be same as the pictures I had downloaded. 5) I copied the folder back... 6) I changed all bits of copied product to the product I actually wanted to add. And it seems to all fine.. Hope this helps at least some. Thanks.
  7. Hi, I also found the code calling twitter javeascript in footer.tpl and removed the block of code from there.. but still the same problem.
  8. Hi, I am sorry, I did not get that earlier. I have now commented the 2 functions in this file but that does seem to have changed anything in terms of header alignement...
  9. I just commented the whole block of code in http://eshop.athayur...lastesttweet.js
  10. Not sure what to do - I have jst put all the code between /* and */ - what else could I attempt?
  11. Sorry, my fault. I enabled it again as it was not making difference and I thought re-enabling would not effect.. nevertheless I have disabled the code once again. Ready for you to have another look please. Regards.
  12. Thanks for your continued support. I could not find it in the list of modules - so i just commented the entire .js file so that the function may still be called but nothing happens inside. I then changed the performance settings to force compilation, but that does not seem to have any effect... Please let me know if I have done it wrong or if there is anything else I could try. Regards.
  13. Hi Vekia, I checked and I do not seem to have any twitter or for that matter any social media module installed.. we do have a block for Twitter in the footer but that was never developed/integrate.. any further thoughts? Regards,
