Ciao grazie per la risposta. ora riesco entrare grazie al servizio di register pero' non riesco a rimuovere il testo della p.iva o meglio quando lo cancello, lo salvo pero' e' sempre on line. Come posso fare? grazie andrea

Ho contattato il supporto di prestashop ma mi chiede 100euro per sistemare l'url. Onestamente penso che non sia giusto e corretto soprattutto perche' non sono io il responsabile del danno. i downloaded it on my desktop - i imported the zip file into the modules section where it says import module from my pc but then the writing ''install'' wont appear so i assumed it was located somewhere in the other modules bu i couldnt find it..it looks it try to import it but it doesnt...i tried at least 10times...i am using a version 1425.... my site is italyhomemade.com

Hi guys, 1st of all thank you for your prompt reply and support. I 've managed to restore the modules by deleting the last module from my ftp hosting. My main issue now is the following: I'd like to set up a final order process without payment process which means i want to receive an order by email without getting the payment. Few days ago i deleted the ''SO'' module'' (i think it has to do with the French market payment - its color is yellow) since then i am not able to restore the final cart process. How can i do it? Is there a way I could install a new Prestashop version keeping my templates and database? My version is 1.4.2.5 Thank you for your reply. Andrea

Hi, i just downloaded a free marketing app and asap i finished to upload it on my prestashop modules page the modules page got blank (no modules at all) i tried to log out then log in few times but nothing happen - ctrl f5 etc nothing happen ...they just disappeared.. i dont know whats going on .- can you help me please? is there a way i could restore it? maybe with d s back up? i thank you for your reply.
